Making dumplings...

Yes... I know... I can buy dumplings that are already made, but I think it does taste better to make my own. I made the dumplings with ground turkey, mushroom and home grown green onion. Even through it took a lot of time to make those, but they were so... yummy.



好久好久沒有包水餃了
我知道水餃可以買現成的
但我覺得自己包的比較好吃
上週包了火雞絞肉,加香菇,加自家種的青蔥的水餃
用的是港式的水餃皮,煮起來比較沒那麼好看
不過真的很好吃
嵐一人就吃了五大顆
