Yummy... I lovvveeee my sugar

Yummy... I lovvveeee my sugar free coconut marshmallow. Never made marshmallow before and made some for the very first time last night. I can't believe it works. Yummy!!!

The problem for not following a recipe is perhaps not having the ability to create it again.

sugar free marshmallow
3 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup boiling water
3 tbsp granulated sugar replacement
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 egg white

做了無糖的椰子棉花糖
第一次做
沒全照食譜 靠感覺加入想吃的口味
幸好家裡剛好有材料
今早試吃...啊...還真是可口
