The problem for not following a recipe is perhaps not having the ability to create it again.
sugar free marshmallow
3 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup boiling water
3 tbsp granulated sugar replacement
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 egg white

Congratulations! I tried and I couldn't get it to the right consistency (using the same or similar recipe). Mine stayed liquidity.

I used egg starts (similar to egg beaters), so I don't know for sure how much egg white I used. I had it pretty cold. I also use more cold water and less boiling water. I had the goo (gelatin) cool down to a thick consistency (actually I kind of waited a bit too long). Then I mixed them all up and put in the fridge over night. Hope this helps!
