Sunday's Dinner 星期日的晚餐


Costco的豬排特價
就買了一盒來做炸豬排
因為沒時間事先醃
所以放的調味比以往重些

豬排先用敲肉棒打一打

加入:海塩,黑胡椒,白胡椒,黑芝麻油,蒜塩,醬油膏,辣蠶豆瓣醬(因口味較重不需要醃)
上頭材料拌一拌後,沾地瓜粉用橄欖油炸,就OK囉

Costco had pork chop on sale, so I made fried pork chop for dinner Sunday night.
I added sea salt, black pepper, white pepper, black sesame oil, garlic salt, thick soy sauce, hot pepper sauce to the pork chop. Then added sweet potato flour. Then fried the chops in Olive oil. Pretty easy and tasty.
